My career actually began in loan servicing at a large corporate bank. When the economy fell apart, I had to look at other options and with that I wanted to stay in Professional Real Estate. I found myself in HOA management. That area helped me fine tune my one-on-one customer service skills. After 7 years in HOA management it was time to move in to Property Management that would provide more variation to my day to day. I learned how important it was to hear what people were saying and what they needed. An opening became available at the company where Twila worked so I was compelled to join that firm. We gleaned so much information and learned so much from this very busy office and that made us see that we had the skills knowledge to have a company we called our own. After years of Twila building a portfolio of her own, it was natural to join her as a business partner and add my excellent people skills and leasing to her growing endeavor. We now carefully grow a much different better approach to Property Management. We want all of our clients to know we will advocate for the tenants as required by law, but not without their needs as the client always in the forefront of every issue. We believe in relationships and will always do our best to build them while we acquire the most return on your investment.
I have been in property management for 30 years. After starting a career in the medical field, I wanted to find a profession that would allow me to be more active raising my own children and onsite management provided that. As an onsite manager I learned many facets of management including Maintenance. I love attending classes to learn how to do handy man repairs. It was during this time I worked as help desk. I would go to different properties and train the managers on procedures and training company wide, and on the accounting systems. I worked my way into large Property Management before making the move into Portfolio Management which is where I discovered I had the knowledge and capability to start my own Property Management Company. I have been a licensed property manager for nearly 20 years and have held and developed long lasting relations with owners in my portfolio. Not all of our properties accept pets, but those that do are on a case by case basis. Include references and Veterinarian information and proof of spay or neuter. We never allow puppies or kittens and only allow 2 per property for those that do. Security deposit is increased by $500 per species. Companion, and service animals are always welcome. Please be prepared to provide documentation in these circumstances.
